On the menu tonight is Chilled Avocado Soup with Cumin, Market Fresh Gazpacho, Warm New Potato and Watercress Salad, Fresh BC Grilled Peach Salad and an incredible Red Wine Poached Pear and Blue Cheese Salad. Tonight Chef Rebecca offers up some great ideas to get dinner on the table in a snap – do lots of your prep in advance and plan for leftovers, you will be glad you did! On tonight’s menu is Herb Crusted Pork Loin with Sautéed Market Fresh Veggies, Spanish Chorizo with Fresh Kale in a White Wine Sauce served over Penne. A Quick and Easy Frittata, great for lunch, brunch or dinner. A Southwestern inspired Chicken Fajita Soup and for dessert quick and delicious Rum Bananas.
